GET-IT

GET-IT is building a geohazard DTC based on EO data and will provide a holistic approach to a DTC system that includes the main geohazards; earthquakes and volcanoes.

The aim of GET-it is to build a geohazard DTC based on EO data. GET-IT proposes a holistic approach to a DTC system that includes the main geohazards (earthquake and volcanoes).

The GET-it framework is based on EO data acquisition (from ESA Sentinel 1-2 missions) and processing (exploiting GEP platform), geohazard simulation algorithms and data/products ready-to-use from pre-operational processing chains.

The DTC will provide tools for supporting the stakeholders during emergencies, thus allowing to generate crisis scenarios and to carry out what-if tests.
