A periodic review of the Code of Conduct ensures that it continues to align with this goal and address the needs of the EOF community. The EOF website welcomes feedback from its members that can contact the EOF team via the dedicated support form available here.

2  Data Collection

The EOF website and services do not store any sensitive information relating to the users and to the user navigation, this paragraph illustrates all the information collected by the system with the related purposes explained.

User web navigation information

When a user accesses the website, some navigation data is sent to a dedicated analytics service that anonymizes it, such as the anonymized IP address, geographical information or page visited.

These data elements are used to perform analysis on the use of the website.

AI chatbot usage

When a user interacts with the AI chatbot available on the EOF website, the system collects the following information:

  • The HTTP session id with the count of interactions performed in a single session, this data is collected to perform statistic analysis on the chatbot usage.
  • The list of questions and answers related to a single interaction with the chatbot, this data is collected for service improvement purposes.

These data are collected separately, it is not possible to relate the HTTP session id to the interactions with the chatbot.
